Hello...frnds
Finally, after long and frustrating wait, I got some rays of hope to get the JOB. After receiving the e-mail regarding the interview time in the company named MASCON.I felt solaced and very relaxed. It has been almost 25 days of wait which seem to be getting over. But the problems are still there. Because only things I get is the date of interview. But to get the job I have get through to the written test followed by the interview. Interview may be HR or TECHNICAL. So I am feeling very nervous, because if I do not get through this company then the problem will be more foster. So I am trying very hard and already started to revise my curriculum. I don't want to take any type of chances. So I am working very hard for it. Today I haven't studied even one page don't know why, don’t have any reason. Yesterday I have studied almost 6-7 hour and covered many important topics. Now its 11:30 PM and whole day passed and now I am realizing what a big mistake I have made. I can’t afford to be so careless. Now I have decided that what ever may be the situation, I won’t do this again. This job means a lot for me. ...for many reason beside them… so again am hoping to give my best and get the job...and now this hope has already given the birth to some new dreams in me....

OUTLIERS: Persons With Edge

Two -Three days ago i have completed the famous book OUTLIERS: The Story of Success by Malcolm Gladwell. Seriously book is Outstanding. While I reading the book I realizes that how much researched the Author has done. Let’s talk something about the content of the book. First understand the meaning of OUTLIER. OUTLIER means the person who do the thing above average that include like the persons with high IQ, Great businessman like Bill gates etc. I found this book very motivated. Because the author has explained the reason for their success. This book says that no one is special; there is always the circumstance that makes them special. Let’s take the example of Bill Gates, the Founder of Microsoft. Everyone knows that he is a Harvard dropout. But very less people about the fact that he got the admission in the school or department that only have the computer. He has the interest in the programming and he is doing programming since the age of 13. So think that only 2-3 school in US has the computer at that time and he got the admission in the one who has computer. The procedure of getting admission was not tough, only thing that matter was the money. Malcolm Gladwell explain the 10000 hr rule, he got the chance of do that 10000 hr rule. In this he has practiced the programming 10000 hr. So it clearly shows that only thing that matters is taking advantage of opportunities and 10000 hr rule or hard work.
Second, the author explains reason behind the success of former business man in US. If you see that mostly former businessman were born in 1852-1855. At that time the economy was booming at very fine rate. Now you see there were no great business men in the period of 1912-1917. That who has born in this period has greatly suffered by the economy slowdown of 1929-1933. They all were young when the slowdown hit them. Due to this they were not fortunate of get the opportunely to their talent. This incident also shows that opportunities plays major role in the development of individual.
Now i am explaining the last case from that book. Some peoples have high Intelligence Quotient or IQ. Other thinks that they are different and are more intelligent. Normal person has the IQ lies in 90-110 and some have the IQ above that. There was a person who has the IQ of 167 which shows that he is very intelligent. Now you see those who have the high IQ are good in figures and numbers. The IQ test is also consist of the figures in which we have to predict the next figure. That’s why they scored well in IQ test. There is a test named as diversion test in which the person has average IQ scored best then the person with high IQ. Diversion test requires the lots of thinking, for example explain the uses of word "bed". In this the normal person scored well. That why if you see the statistics, you will find that most novel prize winner does not have the high IQ.
So finally guys, i got one important lesson from this book that only thing that’s matters are
-hard work or 10000 hr rule
-Taking advantage of opportunities
-IQ don’t matters
So don’t feel bad if u don’t have good IQ...give your best.

Gangtok awesome place
hey friends..
Recently i was in Gangtok to make my holidays. The place was simply awesome. total natural beauty, i haven't see such place before. During this trip i have seen many things like beautiful monasteries, dangerous landslide and wonderful show etc.So guys i definitely suggest you to make you holidays in Gangtok. India's exit from WCT20
India the defending champion is now out from the world cup. They are even not able to qualify for the semis. Yea it sounds very shocking but unfortunately it’s true. Millions of heart broke with the loss against England. We lost that game with very small margin, but only thing that matters is the win not the margin. The team was very good on paper but they simply can’t able to click at the right time. All the big names of international cricket were in the INDIAN team. I personally feel that there are some reasons behind the early exit from the tournament. Now I will explain the reason in the order of preferences. First was the too much cricket played by the Indian team in the last 2-3 year. They have played 199 days of cricket in last 8 or 10 month. The biggest blow was the IPL. Yea I know IPL is one of the biggest hit. But IPL is very hectic and long tournament which does not provide the time for player to recover from their mistake and “injuries”. If any player got injury in the tournament then there is no time to recover from it. The two main victim of IPL were Zaheer Khan and Virendra shewag. Both can play the very big role in the win of Indian team. Due to loss of these two big players we were not able to make the good start in both blowing and batting. Second was the selection of playing eleven was not right. Instead of Ojha I thing Irfan was the good choice. Last, the blowing of Indian team wasn’t showed and sharpness. Especially in the depth overs. There are some other reasons also but I am not explaining them because I think those are not as much important as them. So guys now we have to settle down without any CUP. Because “ab ye cup kahin aur chala jayega”. Don’t worry after 9th month there is another T20 WC and now I am pretty sure that they will perform very well. I know we all are very feeling disappointment but that how cricket is. bye
